The film

TPU paint protection film lies invisibly over the paint. It absorbs what would otherwise hit the clear coat: stone chips, scratches, insects. Fine marks in the top coat recover with warmth.

Every pattern comes from our own plotter. The film patterns are checked against your vehicle and adjusted.

Clean edges. Almost invisible transitions

Our aim is a paint protection wrap that integrates into the vehicle as harmoniously as possible. Wherever it is technically possible and sensible, film edges are wrapped around or positioned in hidden areas. Depending on the geometry of a part, this can also require the professional removal of individual attachments.

  1. Beginnings1989 to 1997
    1. 1989

      Thomas Mayer works as a self employed contractor handling complaints for around 800 upholstery and furniture manufacturers.

    2. 1997 01.04.1997

      The company is founded in Weinstadt-Endersbach, Bahnhofstraße 78. Leather repairs on vehicles are new to the market and the driving force behind the new business.

      Brillantversiegelung LZ 730: our own paint sealant joins the range and is still in use today.

    2. Color Tech Systems certificate for Thomas Mayer: mixing car paints, repairing stone chips and scratches in the paintwork.

    3. Innovation award of the town of Weinstadt: the town council honours the contribution of Autoblitz Mayer with a financial award.

    4. 2001

      Smart repair certificate for Brigitte Mayer at Cartec Autotechnik Fuchs: scratches, paint chips and dents.

    5. 2002 2002 to 2012

      Supplier to Audi AG and Audi quattro: ten years of leather and plastic work at the Neckarsulm plant.

      Introduction of the restoration of sticky plastic coatings on the Mercedes SLK.

      Move and expansion to Schwaikheim, Kornweg 1/1, still the location today.

      10th company anniversary. Our singer Xenia Lane provided the music for the day, and Heartbeat Racing with Tom Winter and his family exhibited some of their race cars at our premises. Tom Winter and Thomas Mayer have known each other for many years.

    10. Paint protection film joins the range. The car care business becomes a paint protection specialist.
