Opel Corsa OPC

Starting point

The customer wanted his Opel Corsa OPC completely wrapped in paint protection film, referred to in the report at the time as a full wrap. After a detailed consultation he stuck to his plan of having the whole car wrapped.

Work

So that the film could be laid even more inconspicuously, certain add-on parts were removed. Which parts these were, the report at the time does not say. As always, the paint protection film with a ten-year manufacturer’s warranty was used. The report at the time describes it as high-quality and clear, extremely resistant, impact-, knock- and scratch-resistant, removable without residue, car-wash safe, easy to care for and stable at high and low temperatures. The surface is self-healing and does not yellow. It also mentions a ten-year material warranty, recognition by insurers and protection against stone chips, where rust can form.

Result

The Corsa OPC is completely protected with paint protection film and thus stays in original condition. According to the report at the time, this increases the resale value. There are 17 photographs of the project; the report at the time expressly left the judgement of the result to the pictures.
