Audi Q3

Starting point

The Audi Q3 arrived in a condition that called for an intensive interior cleaning. The entire interior was soiled with chocolate and other sweets, and liquids had been spilled on all the fabric seats. We carried out the cleaning wearing face masks and gloves.

Work

With fabric upholstery, the cleaner decides the outcome. It has to be matched to the material and to the type of soiling, and the right technical aids support the result. We do not use a tornado gun; it achieves little on soiling like this. We treated the seats with the appropriate fabric cleaner and rinsed out the residues with the wet vacuum in several passes. Rinsing with clean water is important, because any cleaner left behind leads to rapid re-soiling. A special insect and dirt remover was used for the rubber inserts.

Result

The fabric seats and the rubber inserts are clean again. The result of the interior cleaning speaks for itself. It shows that even heavily soiled fabric interiors can be restored with the right cleaner and the right technique.
