Starting point
The Alfa Romeo 4C Rosso Forte is a special edition of the 4C Coupé limited to 20 cars. Its equipment includes an air intake on the driver’s side, mirror caps in the colours of the Italian flag, a carbon fibre rear spoiler, sports suspension and a dual-mode titanium exhaust system by Akrapovič. Add alloy wheels in the Classico design, 18 inch at the front and 19 inch at the rear. The car came to Schwaikheim because its paintwork was in a very critical state despite being practically new: holograms and dull patches, deeply scratched clear coat and overspray everywhere. Not one panel was free of polishing marks or dull patches. The paint had no depth of gloss.
Work
The very pronounced edges of the 4C make polishing demanding. The dull patches could not simply be removed either. With paintwork like this, patience and plenty of time are decisive.
Result
The report at the time sets the before pictures against the result. The business has been looking after exclusive vehicle detailing since 1997.
